This site's aim is to satirise Lard Brain and show the world that despite the fact he took me to court for calling him names on a Yahoo Group that he moderated and; that the Judge ruled in Lard Brain's favour. Free speech is still very much alive on Level 9.
Lard Brain never got a penny out of me, of the £17,000,he was awarded in damages and costs. The final billhowever reached £22,000, and that was because Lard
Brain spent a further £5,000 attempting to recover his award and costs. He never did recover a single penny, and I am still HERE, exercising my RIGHT to free speech.

morality you are obviously not a patriotic Briton.

Peter: You paid an investigator too sneak a look into Tracy's windows on a second floor flat? And although Tracy doesn't have many material possessions you still sued her for money she did not have and claim a moral victory. Why?
It is my opinion that you misrepresented yourself as a victim, when in reality my opinion you entrapped Tracy and took her words out of context, I put it to you that your so called victory was in truth an immoral invasion based on you being a bitter twisted man, who doesn't like to lose a petty argument.
You say Tracy was defeated without prospect of appeal, is this because you have something to hide? You purchased a conviction and abused the British legal system against someone you knew could not afford to defend herself.
Just read your response to my post, you criticize anyone who questions you, you insult people's backgrounds and even call them in-breeds, you stand for election only to hinder another party (sounds vindictive and manipulative), you contact NTL to try and silence me and misrepresent facts then threaten to sue, you violate my freedom of speech and try to bully people into silence.
By the way you haven't destroyed Tracy's life she can look in the mirror and be proud to be herself, can you?
Sorry Smith I thought you were around 54 to 55 because of your photograph, if you say you're in your early 50's then you must have had a hard life to look like you do, also the wig doesn't do you any favours.
You advise me to “crawl back into the gutter” if I were ever in the gutter I would have been looking up at the stars but you Smith; you should look at your conduct and be ashamed. You are dishonoured by your actions you may have material wealth but you are a failed human being. Your only saving grace is that your wife persuaded you not to further destroy Si's life, but if it weren't for your wife you would have sunk to a new low.
I think you should apologise to Tracy and Si and seek help to stop you from wanting to destroy people's lives and oppress their freedom of speech.

You subscribe to the racist theory that Black people are genetically inferior to whites. You subscribe to the silly notion that women should not be allowed the vote. You have opinions that some sections of society i.e.single mothers, ethnics, Gay people and people below a certain IQ level should not have the vote. ( I guess that's your vote gone then smith, as your IQ doesn't reach double figures).
Well Smith I did have assets and money in my name, now its all in my husband's name. Bring it on Lard Brain. Lets see how much more you can lose..
